Refund policy

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Standard UK delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks. MAGIT DESIGN COMPANY LIMITED is not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you experience an issue with your product, please contact us promptly.

If your item is faulty upon delivery, you may reject it and request an exchange within 7 days of receipt.

Exchanges are accepted only if items are unused and in their original packaging. If these conditions are not met, the item will be returned to you. As our products are handmade to order, we only offer exchanges for faulty items and do not issue refunds.

To arrange an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and sent back within 10 days of receiving the item. Each item can only be exchanged once.

For UK customers, we cover the return postage cost for "Royal Mail Tracked® with Signature". We recommend using recorded delivery, as items remain your responsibility until received by us.
